Had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Carson City. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring nice amenities like free WiFi and air conditioning. The staff, especially Jessica, were incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. The complimentary breakfast options were quite good too, providing a great start to the day.

Parking was a bit limited during peak hours.

Room preparations at check-in left much to be desired. our bathroom had broken tiles and poor shower placement!!! Pool area lacked enough seating, resulting in guests sitting on the ground with their belongings!!!

Most of the staff I met were nice and friendly. The lobby had a decent coffee setup that helped me wake up after a long drive, and the location was close to a great restaurant for dinner.

I recently stayed in a King Suite with a sofa bed, and I found the beds to be very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
